About the Founders
Born in the mountains of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and now brewing on the shores of Flagler Beach, Florida, Blue Moose Coffee is a family-owned craft company built on passion and purpose.
Founded by Troy, Mellissia, and Zion Taylor, we started roasting our own beans and sharing our coffee at farmers’ markets and weddings — and it’s that love for authentic, small-batch coffee which still fuels everything we do today.
Now, we’re proud to bring our freshly roasted beans and hand-crafted drinks to the coast. Every cup is brewed with care, every roast is done in-house, and every visit feels like home.
